      - Communicate with our customers regarding their web stores

             ideas and concepts

      - Design, load garments and imprints into our web store

             infra-structure

      - Price, write garment information and plug in shipping info

      - Process web store orders and deliveries

      * If you are comfortable shopping online this job is for you! All

        you need are good computer skills - we will train you on our  

        e-commerce software program

 SP - PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

      - Needs to be flexible and a multi-tasker

      - Helps in all departments

      - Emulsion screens, pull re-cycle screens, inventory goods, fold

             and box garment after imprinting, bag order form and web  

             store garments, work in Vinyl Printing Department, clean and

             maintain work areas, process paperwork 

 SP - PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

      - Needs to be flexible and a multi-tasker

      - Helps in all departments

      - Emulsion screens, prep screens for production, pull re-cycle

             screens, inventory goods, fold and box garment after 

             imprinting, bag Order Form jobs & web store garments, work

             in Vinyl Printing Department, clean and maintain work areas,

             process paperwork.

      - Knowledgeable about manual, as well as, automatic printing

        (we will gladly fully train for this position)

      - Set-up print jobs from inventory of goods to ink selection to

              screen balancing

      - Print and maintain our high standards of quality control of

              imprinted garments

      - Package garments and process paperwork

      - Break down screens and store for repeat business

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

      - Communicate skills are important. Daily you will be

          communicating with our customers via phone, in person

           or by emails

      - Computer literacy required

      - Using our industry software for processing orders  

      - Explain garment features and our imprinting processes      

      - Reply to quote request, explain pricing, invoice orders,

            process credit card and/or check payments

      - Stage our Display Room with various garment selections

      - Ability to multi-task several orders and customers at the

            same time

      - Process re-order emails to past customers

      - Personal skills very important

    

Full Training Provided / No Experience Necessary

This is a Year Round Permanent Position - Monday through Thursday 9/am to 5/pm
- It is an Hourly Paid Position with No Health Benefits -
