JOB DESCRIPTION:

 This is a hybrid position that will assist in 3 different departments         within our business - Screen Printing, Heat Press and the Art 

 Department. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced

 production environment is essential.

 Full training will be provided for this position. No prior experience

 is required, but always helpful.

   SCREEN PRINT DEPARTMENT:

• Begin the imprinting process for each order by gathering screens for setup, inventorying and sorting garments, selecting ink color(s), and balancing screens on the printing machines.

• Load garments onto pallets on automatic screen-printing machines.

• Inventory printed garments, then fold, box, and label them neatly after imprinting.

• Record imprint information for each order in the company’s order software system.

• Break down screens and store them for repeat business.

• Maintain the company’s high standards of quality control.

• Assist with production area maintenance, including daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities.

   HEAT PRESS DEPARTMENT:      

• Use vinyl-cutting software to cut player names, numbers, and other graphics.

• Apply vinyl graphics using heat-press equipment for both custom orders and online store orders.

• After pressing custom imprints, bag and organize all Order Form and web-generated orders.

• Package completed orders and process necessary paperwork.

  ART DEPARTMENT:

• Work with the Art Department staff to design and layout customer Order Forms for selected customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with different software programs will be helpful.
