JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing screen print & embroidery team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills and computer skills.

• Assist customers in selecting garments and products for customization

• Discuss screen printing and embroidery processes with customers

• Review artwork, garment selection, imprint locations, imprint color choices and sizes details with customers

• Using our industry software program to prepare orders, check inventory levels, give pricing, send and follow-up on quotes, process orders and create invoices

• Process customer payment via purchase orders, checks or credit card payments

• Coordinate with the art and production departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Stage our Display Room with various garment selections

• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and in person

• Ability to multi-task several projects and customers at the

      same time
