      - Update and maintain our web sites

 GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT / PRODUCTION SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 This is a hybrid position that will assist in 4 different departments         within our business - Art Department, Screen Printing, Heat Press & 

 Order Fulfillment. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced

 production environment is essential.

 Full training will be provided for this position. No prior experience

 is required.

   RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Create and prepare customer artwork using CorelDRAW

  • Design and set up customer Order Forms

  • Cut and weed vinyl lettering and numbers for our sport teams

  • Assist with e-commerce tasks, fulfillment and online product management

  • Help manage social media content and messaging, as well as, layouts

        for our electronic sign board

  • Support the Art Department with customer design layouts, screen print production artwork, and design adjustments

  • Assist in the Screen Print Department with screen setup, production preparation, and packing orders as needed

 

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW

  • Strong graphic design and layout skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced production environment

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a multitude of work envirnoments

 

     PREFERRED TRAITS:

  • Detail-oriented and dependable

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Comfortable assisting in both creative and production-related tasks

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic e-commerce operations
